Whatever you’re carrying, you don’t have to sort through it alone. Here are some of the areas I work with, for individuals and for couples, all through telehealth across California.

Anxiety & Depression
When your mind won’t slow down, getting through the day feels harder than it should, or things that once brought you joy feel out of reach, it can be exhausting. We’ll work together to help you understand what you’re experiencing, find ways to feel more grounded, and reconnect with yourself and the parts of life that matter to you.
If you’re running on empty, lacking creativity, energy, patience, or joy, and wondering how long you can keep going like this, you’re not alone. We’ll work together to put some gas back in the tank, figure out what’s draining you, and help you find your way back to a life that feels like yours again.
Grief can show up in ways you don’t expect, whether you’ve lost a person, a relationship, a dream, or a version of life you thought you’d have. You don’t have to rush through it or make sense of it all right away. We’ll make room for your grief while helping you find ways to carry it and move forward at your own pace.
Maybe you keep having the same argument, feel more like roommates than partners, or struggle to explain what you need without feeling misunderstood. We’ll work together to better understand the patterns between you, put words to what’s happening beneath the surface, and build healthier ways of connecting with the people you love.
If disagreements tend to escalate, turn into shutdowns, or leave you feeling hurt long after the conversation ends, you’re not alone. We’ll work on understanding what happens when conflict shows up, learning how to navigate difficult conversations, and finding ways to disagree without losing sight of each other.
Getting married is exciting, but building a life together comes with big conversations that love alone can’t always answer. We’ll make space to talk about expectations, communication, finances, family, values, and conflict before you say “I do,” so you can enter marriage with a deeper understanding of each other and the tools to navigate life as a team.
When you and your partner have different beliefs, religious backgrounds, or relationships with faith, it can bring up questions about family, values, traditions, and the future you’re building together. We’ll work toward understanding each other’s perspectives, navigating differences with care, and creating a relationship where both of you can feel respected, heard, and connected.
Whether you’re considering divorce, in the middle of one, or trying to find your footing afterward, this season can bring a mix of grief, relief, fear, and uncertainty. We’ll make space for all of it while helping you navigate the changes, reconnect with who you are, and figure out what moving forward looks like for you.
Parenting together can be challenging even when you’re on the same page, and even harder when you’re navigating separation, different parenting styles, or unresolved hurt. We’ll work toward clearer communication, healthier boundaries, and more effective ways to make decisions together, keeping your children’s well-being at the center without losing sight of your own needs.
Maybe you’ve spent years putting everyone else first, questioning yourself, or trying to meet expectations that leave little room for who you really are. Whether you’re navigating motherhood, identity, relationships, life transitions, or learning to put yourself back on the list, we’ll make space for your experiences and help you reconnect with your needs, voice, and sense of self.
Maybe you’ve learned to push through, keep your feelings to yourself, or be the one everyone else relies on. But carrying everything alone can take a toll on you and your relationships. Therapy can be a place to sort through what’s weighing on you, better understand your emotions, and find ways to show up for yourself and the people you care about without feeling like you have to have all the answers.
Whether you’re exploring your identity, navigating coming out, working through relationship challenges, or figuring out where you feel you belong, you deserve a space where you don’t have to explain or defend who you are. We’ll explore your experiences at your pace, make room for the questions and emotions that come up, and work toward a stronger sense of self, connection, and belonging.
